(5,330 posts)Especially after she won the primary and everyone should have naturally coalesced together to defeat Red Don.
RT alone was priming the pump with Jill Stein and trying to sour Sanders supporters against pulling the lever for her in the General.
Most didn't take the bait and still dutifully showed up, but for the couple million voters that did sit the General Election out, yes it made a difference. Especially in those few swing states that barely went for Dump.
Vlad knew what he was doing. He played the U.S. left like a fiddle, and coordinated the efforts by the fake news spewers pumping out last-minute propaganda to mesh with their angst as well, for maximum effect.
