Dear @stevenmnuchin1: I am beginning to think that in govt, you are stupid as a rock. US Constitution also applies to NFL players. Get it?

Is he on drugs as well as just being stupid? He talks like a robot and seems terrified of moving his face or body. I think he may have blinked once during the entire interview.

Still, he just really doesn't get it, no matter what he looks or sounds like.
He is one of Trump's biggest suckups though. When Trump's staff tries to reign Trump in, Mnuchin kisses his ass.
