The 'Flag', the 'Pledge', the 'Anthem' - I really don't care.

These symbols stopped being meaningful for me in the 1960's when I realized that they were being used to manipulate everyone who could be manipulated.

I don't stand for any of it. It's nonsense.

And as a friend said to me: 'Why are Americans so obsessed with putting up flags? Do they have trouble remembering who they are?'
