Quick question about a dream.

Can anyone tell me why I had a dream that someone gave a loaded shotgun to a sleep deprived 12 year old boy who is on a sugar high?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but this is really perplexing me.

Though in most cases the boy is not as old as 12, that part is unusual....
