Trump doesn’t understand that there are a few more GOP senators who would reluctantly step forward to become the “deciding vote” to stop repeal of the ACA. The Senate is a strange place, and a lot of what we see is just theater.

Absolutely everything. Without talent or much remaining political capital, he sees a lot of obstruction in his future.

The Filibuster paralyzes any real change in our Government, but then again, it paralyzes any real change in our Government.
