Trump just claimed..He has votes!

But one of the Senators who is a yes vote is in the hospital... MSNBC NOW REPORTING: Senator Cochran is ill, but not in the hospital and he was a freaking yes vote anyway.. Wouldn't matter.. Just crazy.. This was one of the zaniest impromptu press Cs ever.MSNBC now reporting .....Trump actually thinks he has enough votes... Even with Cochran's vote it would not have passed.

trump*'s behavior is getting increasingly alarming. I'm hoping his physical is coming up, soon, and includes a thorough neurological work up.

He thinks Reconciliation just goes on forever and Republicans can just bypass the filibuster process, to pass legislation with 50 votes, instead of the normal 60. Maybe no one has told him that budget reconciliation goes away on the Sept. 30 deadline.
