Rand Paul is such a sleaze bucket...

I think if it gets down to 1 vote to make a break Dumpcare... Paul will fold like a cheap suit!

because the filibuster will be in effect. The opportunity to pass a bill through reconciliation, which needs only 50 votes, expires tomorrow and McConnell withdrew the bill rather than have it officially defeated again. 60 votes are definitely not possible.
