Hmmm... Good to know that distribution problems in Puerto Rico are getting help with Rotary wing support.
I think Trump's people are so frustrated that they're directing their best work in the smallest of ways...the very smallest. Tiny, really. Could always get a job as creators of crossword puzzles.

Helicopters are an obvious example, but this would also include things like the Osprey.

I worked in a Rotary Wing Development unit for a few years early in my career. We did Rotary Wing aircraft R&D.
