Kushner lawyer: No private emails related to Russia investigation
By JOHN SANTUCCI, BEN SIEGEL amd DEVIN DWYER Sep 29, 2017, 7:10 AM ET
Lawyers for senior White House adviser Jared Kushner told ABC News they have reviewed Kushner's private email account on which he conducted some official business since joining the administration and found no messages related to the ongoing Russia investigations.
The House and Senate Intelligence Committees have previously sought all relevant records from Kushner related to the probe. CNN first reported Thursday night that the Senate Intelligence Committee this week sent a letter to Kushner's lawyer asking to make sure any private emails were turned over too.
ABC News has not verified the letter with the committee, which has declined comment.
"It is perfectly normal that the committees would want to make sure that they received all pertinent records. We did review this account at the time and there were no responsive or relevant documents there," Kushner's attorney, Abbe Lowell, told ABC News.

Kusher's lawyers say there are no relevant emails or documents, so of course we all should believe them.

Lawyer: "That email is about soil analysis where Dotard was going to erect a new hotel in Moscow."
Schumer: "Why does the email mention HRC so many times?"
Lawyer: "HRC stands for High Rise Condominiums. Nothing to see there."
Schumer: "Why does the email talk about opening a back channel?"
Lawyer: "Moscow does not have the best sewer system, so they were planning on digging their own 'back channel' latrine for the hotel."
Grassley: "I am satisfied there is nothing to see here."
