For many of the injured the medical bills will be substantial. Had ACA been repealed there would be a lot of financial pain.

1. They are going to need a lot more than their insurance, with or without the ACA.

Sure would be nice if the US had a national health plan since there are so many mass shootings and the victims may not have insurance.
