It's really not about "gun control"...

It doesn't matter which side of the issue you are on if you are unable to discuss it rationally.

But, if rational people cannot agree that unstable people, with a record of violence or abuse, should not be able to purchase a gun, then there is nothing to discuss.

They will continue to argue that it is all about "gun control".

But many Democrats are willing to compromise on this issue. They are not asking for gun control per se.
They are simply requesting that unstable or violent people should not be permitted a license for a gun. It might cost gun sellers a small bite of their profits?

Who needs 42 guns and thousands of rounds of ammunition?? Whenever one shooter can kill more Americans in one day than were killed on any one day in Afghanistan or Iraq. The total number of casualties outnumber the "Desert Storm" casualties in the invasion of Iraq. Let that sink in...
