Meacham-- Trump, is a (Self) promoter, not a counselor-in Chief with visit to PuertoRico
The presidential historian was just on 11th Hour talking about and giving examples of behaviors--or when those moments of tragedy when Presidential leadership is needed. He said Trump failed today in Puerto Rico and we are left with Trump throwing paper out to the victims.
For me, It was a sad segment (the illustration of the US President making a fool of himself).
