The crowd at the concert was most likely very pro 2nd Amendment and largely pro Trump. So it is a tragic irony they they became the victims of their own belief systems. Of course they were not all conservative, but based on what I hear from the country and western constituency they are not necessarily for gun control.
None of any of this makes any sense at all. This kind of sick tragedy should NOT happen to anyone.

They worked in hospitals, police stations, schools, day cares, restaurants and fishing boats. They were at the Route 91 Harvest festival to celebrate birthdays, wedding anniversaries and a shared love of music.

Some may have been 2nd amendment supporters. But you don't know how many were. Not all country music fans are, you know.

Aldean is popular with younger demographics.
I think you might be working off of a flawed assumption.
