UW is a public university. As long as student protests are peaceful the university, which is a government agency, can't restrict their speech. Of course a student could legitimately be disciplined or expelled for committing an act of violence because that's a separate crime. But protest is a fine old UW tradition that isn't going to stop.

It is specifically for those that continuously disrupt spreaders they don’t agree with. They also will get numerous warnings.

This is not for your everyday protesting. As a college that in theory represents the open exchange of ideas, there have been way too many incidents of conservative speakers, not being able to speak.
