(I don't have cable, otherwise I'd take one for the team and endure it myself.)

I'd bet my bottom dollar they don't support Corker. In that case, what's their response...crucify Corker or just ignore him?

How easily Trumps followers will abandon the R party . It really is a cult of personality at this point. No "platform", or agenda, or principles. Just whatever Dear Leader says.

...a dime a freaking dozen.

Gutless wonders. They need to stand up for America and take down the KGOP cancer that they themselves spawned.

He's still getting away with it.

Here's a thought experiment. Let's assume that he knows he's fucking batshit crazy. He knows he's a sociopath, but, because he's a sociopath, he doesn't care that he is or that others know it. Let's assume he has no plan. This is not multi-dimensional chess. He just wakes up every morning and decides he's going to fuck with someone, and then he sets about fucking with them. Could be Jimmy Kimmel, Puerto Rico, Bob Corker. It doesn't matter who it is. His cabinet is dismantling the US government. He doesn't care because he's a sociopath. He doesn't care that he doesn't care. He threatens North Korea with nuclear annihilation. Leaders of real nations tsk tsk and say that would not be a good idea. He doesn't care. And he has surrounded himself by people who don't care either.

And what price has he paid? None.

Oh sure, most rational human beings despise him. Remember, though. He doesn't care. No one else matters except him. And he doesn't despise himself. His golf courses in Scotland are losing money. So what. He'll walk away and some point, call it a win, and leave others with the bills. What's the problem? His ex-wife and current wife are battling over who is the first lady. That's a brilliant boost to an ever-expanding ego. So that's not bad either.

He has paid no price. He is still getting away with it. He's been this way for 60 years, and he has never once been held accountable. It's no wonder he believes that he will prevail.

And even if Mueller has the goods, the best we can hope for is that he's no longer the president. He may or may not be a billionaire, but he does have enough money to keep things tied up in the courts, if it even gets that far, until he's dead and buried. He will have still gotten away with everything.

And then there's the tool extraordinaire, Mike Pence. Does it never end?

Sorry for being a downer. It's just that reading all this shit about the dossier, republicans being aghast, etc., is all just more of the same, day in and day out.
