Steve Bannon -- Total Dick

Bannon is rounding up lunatics to run against "moderate" Republicans.

Bannon is finding neo-Nazis, white supremacists, Jezuz freaks, and raising funds to back them.

Bannon is backing Roy Moore, the nut in Alabama running for the senate, who wants the bible to override the Constitution.

Bannon was the guy whispering in Trump's ear giving him crazier ideas than Trump already had.

And Bannon runs Breitbart which sets the tone for so much of the lunatic right media.

Bannon is a dangerous psychopath. And he's also a major dick.

Better that they define him than to let Fox "News" define him.

And how did that work out? I maintain the best way to deal with Bannon is for the MSM to ignore him.

Just one example: HRC is actually GIVING a speech on economic policy ideas, plans to improve job quality in the US and tax code changes to discourage offshoring of jobs. She's less than 5 minutes into the speech and. . .
. . .MSNBC and CNN (notice i didn't say Faux) switched to the location where Trump was scheduled and showed an empty podium for 11 minutes. An empty podium.
They cut away from HRC making a policy speech to show an empty podium
They were, at least in that case, not doing anything close to what you say they were doing.

Even bad press is better than no press. They legitimized the Trump candidacy by one, giving him preferential treatment and two, by implying he was more newsworthy to the point of making people wait 11 minutes to see what he is going to say.

I think your example proves my point. Trump's antics equated to free exposure which over time became normalized and legitimized. If it worked for Trump, why won't it work for Bannon?

The way your first post read was that the MSM was exposing Trump's flaws like the other poster was suggesting about putting Bannon out there for all to see, huge warts and ugliness and all.

And you're saying my example proves your point. Only if you were making a different point than what your first post indicated.

The MSM was fawning over Trump. They made ZERO effort to dwell on his negatives, flaws, and unsuitability.

Bannon, not being famous for being famous, doesn't have the name recognition with the masses to get that sort of pass. Exposing him is EXPOSING him, not normalizing him. In his case, since he's a cockroach, letting him stay the dark is the worst option.

The MSM has been running Bannon's statements on Hannity as if what he says matters. They need to ignore his calls for Corker's resignations, not just run them as if he is a credible talking head, which I saw on the morning shows. I have not seen the MSM really dwelling on Bannon's negatives, especially since he left the WH.

My message is consistent -- Bannon needs to be ignored.

He's nothing. He's now a guy who got fired. Giving him credibility is stupid, i agree. That said, it was Hannity, which is the echo chamber.

He always looks like he needs a shower, shampoo & clothes that weren't picked up off the floor.

His mind seems to be just as discombobulated as his physical appearance.

Beats me how anyone can take him seriously. Yuck!!!!
