Brooke Baldwin of CNN just shut down a woman who compared Trump to Weinstein

She and much of the media are complicit in shutting down the women who accused Trump of sexual assault. As in, actually grabbing them.

She had two guests on, one who was Amanda Carpenter who said that Hillary's protecting Bill was the reason Trump won and when the other guest said that Trump was the analog to Weinstein, Baldwin shut her right down. She jumped right on her and said, "We need to stay on topic, we need to stay on Weinstein."

To give credit where it is due, Jake Tapper went after Trump on this immediately right after his show opened. But Baldwin is nothing but a Trump apologist POS.

and the media glossed over it while he was running for office. I'm not excusing Harvey Weinstein, but they've already given him more grief than they have Trump (not that it's not well-deserved, it is). But I'm tired of the media not taking responsibility for Trump's being elected.

Don't get me wrong, they are all sexual abuse, but physically assaulting a woman is a step even further. Although Weinstein was accused of that, too.
