This is madness.
How come the "grab 'em by the pussy" president always gets a pass?

The list goes on. For several thousand miles.

(50,276 posts)Hillary and Obama not coming forward about Weinstein, yada yada yada. Anyone hear CNN report on the "pro-life" GOP congressman who resigned after asking his girlfriend on the side to get an abortion? No. Me neither. It pisses me off.

Defamation and smears is all "conservatives" have and you can see how much integrity their candidates have. We must stop playing into their weak hand.

(27,813 posts)blaming Hillary for not stopping apartheid when she was First Lady of Arkansas. That's how ridiculous it gets.
The thread turned out to be hilariously funny because people started "blaming" Hillary for everything, including not coming over and doing their dishes, but that was the gist of how it started and that part wasn't meant to be a joke.

She is, however, responsible for her decision to allign herself with him in order to raise campaign funds (as are others) and it is important how all of them handle the current situation. I happen to believe they will all handle it just fine.
I do not believe, however, that it helps to let this situation fester.

If you are a woman and you sit by while men sexually harass other women, then you are worse than the men doing the harassing. It's as simple as that in rethug land. This is true even if you merely suspect it might be happening.

(17,984 posts)or threatened, or tweeted about in a nasty way so as to make them look like the instigators. HRC shrugged it off and said, "It's nothing to do with me", which was the right call. Dotard says, "Liars! They are all Liars trying to make me look bad! I'm counter suing them for defamation!", which is intimidating.

(7,809 posts)When a liberal does it (Weiner, Weinstein), they are immediately shunned. Their careers are over.
When a rethug does it (Vitter, deJarlais (sp?), Sanford, dolt45), they get elected to office. Raise your hand if you think that you will never hear about Tim Ryan again. I predict that he will run for Senate next year against Sherrod Brown.

Well I guess the women who say they were raped don't count, or any of the groping, masturbation in front of the women and so on and so forth. But why would we believe them?
