Trump's lawyers file lawsuit to be allowed to destroy presidential records

On Friday the president's legal team filed a brief in a Washington court arguing that it is difficult to conclude that Congress intended to allow courts, at the behest of private citizens, to rule on the adequacy of the Presidency's records management practices or overrule his records creation, management, and disposal decisions.

Courts cannot review Presidential records.

They were hired to do a job any thing they produce belong to the employer
Trump knows this because he would expect the same thing within his businesses
I guess he forgot how to run things
So much for hiring a con man to run a country

after the fact. They have probably already destroyed as much as possible. It's clear that destroying as much as possible is the Trump doctrine

He still wants to keep open the option of shooting someone to death on Fifth Avenue in broad daylight. He just wants the option of ordering the video erased.

I agree this is probably after the fact.

And I hope the destruction of evidence can be used as proof of more obstruction.
