Day One: How to Thwart Trump Removing the Insurance Subsidies

Don't count on Congress to "fix it". Ryan and McConnell would never allow replacement of the funds to be brought up for a vote.

Could an emergency injunction be filed this morning to stop the order while a federal court reviews whether Trump has the authority to issue such an order and whether it would be unconstitutional to sabotage the execution of a federal program/statute(s)?
