Anyone live/familiar with Calif. 22nd Congressional District-San Joaquin Valley?

I need to find out if that treasonous, rat-bastard Devin Nunes has a Democratic opponent in 2018.
I'll need his or her name please!
I don't live in California and I don't have much money but I'll send what I can and do ANYTHING I can to help kick this sleazy fucker to the curb.

Thanks for any help!

"Andrew is a Visalia native and first-generation American. Andrew returned home after law school and became a prosecutor for Fresno County, and is now running for Congress to continue serving the community. Andrew’s experience as a successful public prosecutor and deep ties to Fresno and Tulare Counties make him an ideal candidate to take on Devin Nunes for California's 22nd Congressional seat."
