Robert Reich: Republicans say "were in shit up to our eyeballs" with Trump

Robert Reich had a conversation with a Republican ex-Congressman who described Trump situation:

He’s not listening to anyone. Not a soul. He’s got the nuclear codes and, well, it scares the hell out of me. It’s starting to scare all of them.

The emperor has no clothes. It’s a signal to everyone they can bail. Have to bail to save their skins. I mean, Trump could be the end of the whole goddam Republican party.
Happy thought....

Trump’s not just a moron. He’s a despicable human being. And he’s getting crazier. Paranoid. Unhinged. Everyone knows it. I mean, we’re in shit up to our eyeballs with this guy.

Since Mueller is now "interviewing" Reince Priebus. it might be that Mueller gets Trump before the paralytic Republicans/Congress can.
If that happens, the Republicans will have handed the mid-terms, and maybe the Pres. election to the Dems.

If you read the link, there is comment about why they are dragging their feet.

Trump basically has no concrete plans or direction, he is mostly reactionary, and quite poor at seeing how one behavior/words affect something 10 minutes later. Contradicts himself all day long.

His puppet masters, on the other hand....
