Why did YouTube send me to videos that are not relevant to anything I have ever viewed?

This morning I was sent to a video of Another OverTaxed Tax Payer. Yes, that is the name he used.
On this video he complains about an alleged 18 year old who did not accept job offers and wanted to live off welfare.
Later on the video shows that this alleged 18 yoa is in New Zealand.
WTF does this have to do with the Video maker?
He is so full of hate and anger and Trumpsters are cheering him on.

I wonder if he is a paid Russian troll.

Did You Tube change its algorithm for selecting videos?
