Amendment XIV, Section 1 (in part)

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.

Perhaps the RWers who claim to believe a fertilized egg is a person, same as you and me, would favor an Amendment to change that wording from born in the United States to conceived there - but I doubt it.

children could be starting school as early as 3.5 years old and children's services would
start before birth.

Plus republicans can start ignoring 'a child' sooner once it is designated as a child.
