Women with that kind of money and in that age group get facial peels, botox, little injections, etc. on a regular maintenance basis.

The nose always looks fuller when sun glasses are on. It does look a little more fuller than other pics with glasses.

I doubt she had a nose job for cosmetic reasons. She has a rather small nose as it is. Maybe for a deviated septum, but I've had it done, and they tell you not to sear sunglasses pretty much for weeks, maybe months (been quite awhile so not sure how long).

Could also be sinus surgery? She seems to have some cushion on the bridge of her glasses, so it must be something.

Whoever she is, she put on her face enough make up to sink an ocean liner...
