He's really been tripped up the past few weeks. The combination of the Bain tenure and the tax paperwork release has got him saying some bizarre stuff.

Picking on the wait staff at a rich people's dinner, talking about Obama being against American success, etc. he's just throwing shit at the wall and nothing is sticking.

Not to mention the number of wingers who're talking about his taxes.

As long as Mitt stands firm on not releasing his taxes, his only recourse is to go into the Crazy-Land that McCain pretty much avoided. He can't deal with the pressure.

Romney is listening to the most over the top wing of the far-right Taliban wing of the Republican party. From that we are about to see him say the most whackadoodle shit that we've ever seen a major candidate say.

I don't know if they jump dancing horses but it's a high bar.
Frankly, I prefer my horses with 5 speed transmissions.

There's a big diff between peanut gallery dwellers like her and the front runner of a major political party completely losing their shit.

Even in when she ran as a running mate, it was possible to pull her back from the abyss.

But unlike McCain, who obvious has some difficulty being craven and crass at the drop of hat, Romney has absolutely NO INHIBITIONS. He'll say ANYTHING because he know that he can pull it off and, until this right wing revolt over his refusal to release his taxes, he doesn't get any flack over his bullshit.

Thus the bullshit limit is the SKY!

This is going to be a long three and a half months for sane Republicans.

from alaska. No amount of trying to burnish his reputation, i.e. "some difficulty being craven and crass at drop of hat" is bullshit.
johnny hates this country so fucking much that he sold his soul to try to get this country in a position in which it could be flushed. Fuck johnny.

It was a horrible thing to the country to do when he unleashed that brain donor on all of us. No doubt about that.

However, I'm convinced that he's actually relieved that he didn't win the White House and take her into it with him.

I feel this way for a couple of reasons, those two parted ways big time after he gave his concession speech. And I think that he hasn't been seen with her again because of regret. Yes, he dove in to the deep end of Republican presidential politics and wallowed in the muck. That's how their game is played.

But look at what he did today by defending Huma Abedin against Mistress Batshit of Minnersoter. He's showing that he has a soul.

So, yes, he made a huge fucking mistake four years ago, but he's no Mitt Romney. Mittens is in a category of cravenness and crassness all in his own.

and as a goof said the most outrageous things like Obama was a secret Al Qaeda manchurian candidate programmed to lead a secret Muslim coup d'etat I don't think Romney would contradict that person the way McCain did in 2008. He'd riff on it, hoping to get applause. Romney is very afraid of contradicting anyone he sees as a Tea Partier. Romney doesn't understand the Tea Party but he's deathly afraid of it.
