Rachel, the reason that the President refuses to respond to questions about Niger is simple

During the run through practicing his response to likely questions during staff prep sessions the staff recoils in horror every time he attempted to frame an answer.

No matter how many times they practiced a simple explanation, no matter who clearly it was written down, no matter how many attempts were made to use phonetics to assist in pronunciation,

every single time he came to pronouncing the name of the country he resorted to the familiar word he heard on a daily basis from his KKK father to the gasps and horror of everyone in the room.

Even if could somehow manage to avoid saying the n-word, he'd probably suffer a stroke if he tried to pronouce it.

I hope that he tries!
