Which of the far right fundie commentators is the worst?

They're all horrible, but my personal pick for the worst goes to "Coach" Dave Daubenmire - who likes to pretend he's a coach but goes out of the way to say the worst things possible, as evidenced by today's latest gem:

BTW - this list does not include people like Alex Jones, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, anyone on Fox News or AM radio, etc. This is strictly the far right American taliban evangelicals.
