When George W. Bush is the voice of reason...

You know the world has gone to shit.

This is what scares me the most. I don't for one second think Shrub was the dumb bystander he tried to play as president*. And for him to be lighting the Beacons of Gondor against Trump should scare the shit out of everyone else.

Let's not forget, Bush was a cold calculating mother fucker who didn't give a damn for brown skin people around the world (Middle East) or at home (Katrina).

Bush and his ilk created the divisive politics that made Trump possible.

I don't for one second buy that he believes in a word he said today despite the fact that it's True. What I do think is that Bush was sending a signal to any establishment Republicans remaining in power to take out the madman.

When the man who called Vladimir Putin "Pootie Poot" says we have to secure our election infrastructure because the Russians compromised the election, it's a sad day. Maybe he is still upset that his brother didn't have a chance to compete. Whatever the reason, his speech sounded heartfelt and forceful.
