We al have issues with the republicans, but the only ones who can really stop this madness are a few

republicans who will put country before party

We hear the sounds from Corker, McCain, and a few others, and the question is will they act when it counts?

I am also speculating that some of these republicans are hearing damning information from the special prosecutor, and may be making a pre-emotive move to lessen the damage to their party

then they will avoid taking action to deal with drumph.

It will take a few like McCain to overthrow those two.

But will the GOP leadership do anything about it or just spout off from time to time?

He announced early that he would not run again so that seeking reelection would not be a distraction. Corker is a serious individual with major responsibilities in the Senate. Yet he has made some of the most serious charges against Trump of anyone in Congress, Democrat or Republican.Corker has not minced words. However complicit he may have been in the past, he now admits the threat Trump poses America and he is facing it head on. I give him real credit for that.

Assisted by Whiteness, misogyny, racism, bigotry, the misplacement of a desire for religion in government

He’s doing what they want—reducing Government by neglect, using nationalism to war monger, developing the corporate economic state for a what they think would be an Ayn Rand inspired economy—(ignoring the great dystopia that is the logical consequence)

Republicans are post-asteroid dinosaurs ideologically. Their shit no longer works, but they pretend it does, so they manipulate the hatred of bigots so they can slump along—with enough power to drag the country along.

They won’t put country before party because they think they ARE the country. As much entertainment value as this shit-show produces, it’s nothing compared to the human suffering it has inflicted.

Fuck republicans.
