As I listen to all the "recently awakened" Republicans and newly offended pundits decry the total

absence of integrity in the Oval Office, I am compelled to ask them: What have you just realized that wasn't painfully obvious two years ago?

While your "change of heart" is welcome, most of you should resign if you can't manage a convincing explanation and profound apology for your despicable enabling of the sick man in the White House.

Well?

Now that seems unlikely, they’re getting away while the getting’s still good. Chickenshits.

It's too late, we know you for what you are. That's straight up forever stink on every single member of the GOP. I can't wait to see how many people "didn't" vote for trump in year, two years. By 2019 you'll be able to count on your fingers and toes the people that will admit they voted for him.

...as how it's going to be once Trump steps down or whatever and everyone else just suddenly pretends it never happened and that all the rubber stamp Republicans and fledgling fascists are now suddenly going to be declared as "the adults back in charge" or whatever the fuck else.

... if they get Trump out they will undoubtedly have an attitude of: "OK, liberals (that's what they call anyone who opposes Trump) shut the fuck up now, you got what you wanted, you destroyed Trump's Presidency and so now go home and let us do whatever we want."

In other words, push the same Trump agenda; same policies; same hatred; same destruction. And they will bank on many of us being so relieved that the Asshole-in-Chief is gone that we will allow it. While also blaming us, never Trump, of course.

NOTHING changes if Trump goes other than the fact a mentally unstable, infantile moron no longer possess the nuclear codes. And while that's a relief that at least we'll live on and avoid World War III there are plenty of other dangers the GOP has fully intended to bring about.

And be on the looking for Trump's followers to wreak havoc if he goes. No matter how he goes, they'll blame us, and while I won't let them stop or slow me for one second in my determination to see that asshole GONE from the White House. We'll have to watch our backs as well as one another's.

But I want to know what these newly-awakened babes in the woods plan to do about the putrid, stinking mess they've suddenly noticed? This mess has been in the making for a long time, and didn't just materialize out of thin air.

...every last member of the Congressional GOP KNEW tRump* was not fit to be POTUS -- but they played along thinking about all the cruel and nefarious bills they could pass that would hurt the poor, persons of color and anyone else that was not a member of their exclusive private club. The members of the Congressional GOP have enabled a monster, AND THEY KNOW IT!
