If passed, women from 18-26 years old would for the first time have to join men in registering with the Selective Service program and potentially be forced to fight in future wars.

“If this administration wants to send 18, 20-year-old women into combat, to serve and fight on the front lines, then the American people deserve to have this discussion through their elected representatives,” Hunter said in a released statement.

I would have to believe that 45 would be impeached long before a draft could be raised. He might be able to push through equality in registration, but I seriously doubt that he has the political capital to do so. Or the interest. The odss that he can guide any major bills though are on the low side. He has neither the focus or tenacity to do so.
