Mueller would have to tell Rosenstein before asking for the arrest warrant. I'm sure Rosenstein would tell Trump and his team.

its inconceivable to believe the info on the indictment could somehow leak to the Media, yet the potus knows nothing about it. Rosenstein knows, so Im sure tRump knows.
