(13,621 posts)I believe it went, mayo and cheese on the bottom, lettuce onion and tomato on top. Melting the cheese on the burger messed up the grill. The hot burger on top of the cheese melted it to perfection. I really think you taste the cheese better that way too. Try it next time you make burgers.
