Cops Accuse Entire Family of Robbing their Own Home, Hold 4 Children at Gunpoint

A mother, father, and four children were swarmed by cops, held at gunpoint and handcuffed after being accused of breaking into their own home.

Gulfport, MS — Kelvin Fairley and his wife Natasha Krikorkian are two successful newlyweds. Fairley, a registered nurse, and Krikorkian, a psychiatrist, live in a nice neighborhood with their three children. They have never broken the law and have never given the police any reason to ever interact with them. However, all that changed this week when they were accused of breaking into their own home and Fairley, Krikorkian and their children were all held at gunpoint and arrested.

“If you don’t do anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about.” This phrase is repeated ad nauseam by police apologists and the police as a terrible defense against those who wish to hold police accountable. But in reality, nothing could be further from the truth. If you are an innocent family, you can and will be assaulted with a deadly weapon, handcuffed, and berated. Sunday night, the Fairley family found this out the hard way.

“This is why football players kneel,” Fairley said of his horrifying experience as police swarmed his entire family, pulled guns on his children and handcuffed him and his wife. A neighbor had called police to report a robbery and when a dozen cops showed up, they automatically assumed the robber must be the car full of black people.

“I totally think they racially profiled me,” said Fairley. “They never would even tell me why they stopped me. From the moment they pulled us over, there were six to seven police cars. They immediately had their guns drawn.”

Fairley said cops gave him no reason for the stop and were belligerent from start to finish. He said he offered to show police his ID, but they wanted nothing to do with it.

When the gawd damned cops are afraid of their own shadows, every one else’s lives are in mortal jeopardy.

Hence, fuck “blue lives matter.” Because the immediate implication would be that no one’s else’s life matters in comparison.

Black Lives Matter were very open and honest about what they were standing for, while the racist crowd tried to paint them with their own attitudes, hence the imaginary 'Only' they see at the end of the name.

That 'Only' is a much better fit for 'Blue Lives Matter', given their actual behaviour.

You've hit the nail on the head, MrScorpio

I responded to calls exactly like this at least once a month. It’s not that dammed hard to figure out the details.

First, you don’t make a felony stop based on a random neighbors call.

Second, if your dispatcher was worth .02 they would have told you within seconds that the tag you ran as you pulled them over was registered to the same address as the crime supposedly happened at.

Third, you make contact with the people reporting to get an idea of what they say. “Some black folks over there at that house” isn’t a crime. The dispatcher should have screened that call better to begin with.

Fourth, you establish ID on the person ASAP. They didn’t.

Total failure of standards, procedure, judgement and training.

I know Gulfport well. As Mississippi goes it’s one of the most diverse areas, far more than most of the middle of the country. It’s still MS and that’s not to be denied but foisting those actions off on location denies what goes on in Michigan and Utah and California and NYC.

10. The local cop says, "obviously you don't understand our business."

Their business is only too well understood.

"To harass and to kill."

I hope the names of their neighbors and what they did to set all this in motion is published in all the local media. People like that need to be exposed for what they are and what they do.
