Honestly our news is so pathetically Orwellian at this point. Mueller' sanctions on Monday are absolutely historical and present massive problems for the (criminal) Trump team. It is flat-out ridiculous that the DB nonsense is grabbing headlines and will dominate Fox News coverage (since they are desperate) for at least a week because --yet again (louder for Sean Hannity) -- Hillary is not living in the White House. Nobody at Fox seems to be aware of this fact. CNN is just as bad -- Gloria Borger yesterday (before this story) spent her time trying to defend every idiotic claim Trump made about how unimportant Manafort was -- she could barely keep a straight face while she lied through her teeth.
The 2016 election is over; DB's piece and the "outrage" has extremely curious timing and is totally irrelevant. Even if say McCain had somehow "rigged" the primary to win the repub nomination in 2008 or Romney in 2012 would we have been hearing about it from a RNC person a year later just as massive news about Obama's team members being accused of conspiracy against the United States with a foreign adversary had hit the news?! FFS. This anti-Hillary bullshit, when she is completely a private citizen, is sick and obviously instigated to deflect from the non-stop Trump shit-show. The candidate who engaged in reprehensible activities, activities that include his own team members being CHARGED WITH CONSPIRACY AGAINST THE UNITED STATES (easily one of the most serious allegations in our country's history), is sitting (sometimes -- when he's not golfing) on his fat ass in the White House. This is rather more important...but trust our news to focus on something reeaaally "important..."
Our news seems to feel that they must run nearly daily anti-Hillary Clinton stories. Wonder what the asshole's 30ish approval numbers would look like if the attention was on him and his failures every single day? I think his numbers can and will go below the 30s.
