Brat said (my words) the states with low or no state income taxes pay for all the STUFF the big states, with all those taxes get, so it's a good thing to take deductions away from the spoiled liberal snowflakes.

No one came back with the FACT that the big blue states subsidize the reds to begin with. I can see this backwards attribution used by the Republicans in campaign commercials.

Speaking of, I was shocked to see on PBS last night Chris Buskirk, another Brats type, but worse and not even an elected official, who belonged on Fox, or Infowars. Did he sandbag them, or has public television become corrupted? I'm remembering that Koch Industries is now a sponsor. Right-wing powers like them and Rupert Murdoch are demanding various subject media push their viewpoints hard as this heats up. Is PBS among them?
