"Papadopoulos, you say? Oh, dear. You must beg my pardon."

"You see, I thought they were querying as to whether I had ever spoken to a Mr. Aloysius Snuffleupagus, or Snuffy for short. Why he's a furry elephant of sorts and the imaginary friend of Big Bird. A charming manifestation of one's imagination if I must say so myself. Although one might claim that it is equally absurd for a canary to be eight feet tall and carrying a teddy bear. Trump says to Manafort, "Paul, we really need to talk about this Russia business and what can be done to get us all out of this mess."

With a quizzical look on his face, Manafort leans in, cups his ear, and replies, "Pardon me?"
