Hillary was not just winning, but everyone expected her to win by large numbers, and she and her campaign never needed warning about standard questions her answers had been developed not just months but years before.

I’m guessing this rollout is a blessing and a curse. Everyone knows she has a book out but very few know the name of it. When it’s about Clinton and people think it can be controversial, it becomes bigger than life. Bigger than a book.
