Puerto Rican officials do not know how many people actually have power

Add to that the fact that neither the CDA nor the local health officials will confirm the number of persons who have died from leptospirosis.

Remember now that Groper Don the Con gave himself a grade of 10 out of 10 for his response to the post-hurricane crisis.

The Governor appoints 6 of 9 board members and the 7th is the Secretary of the Department of Transportation and Public Works. The other 2 are elected by the customers.
