Breaking: Trump Japan Speech Leaked to Media

A copy of a Trump speech to be made in Japan during his Asian trip was somehow leaked to media today. This excerpt may be especially troubling to an audience in Japan. It is unknown at what event the speech will be delivered:

"Some people are worried I might use nuclear weapons against North Korea. I hate to tell you, but we have tremendous nuclear weapons, and we proved how well they work in a previous war. Devastating! We'll use them again, believe me, if I have anything to say about it. I am the President of the most powerful nation on Earth. If I say, "Nuke them," they get nuked. You people know what I'm talking about from experience, am I right? Right?"
