It's only a couple blocks from Lake Washington, it's on a fairly good size lot for Seattle, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The land itself is worth more than that, and that's what you're buying.

My brother has a much nicer one in the DC area. They added on a large family room - but they know that it will just be torn down when they sell it, because all of the value is in the land.

9. yes, but most of the cost is because of location . you can get much nicer and large homes for far
