I’ve never had a problem; is this a state law thing?

I bought some yesterday. I’m a longtime allergy sufferer, so I’m sure glad they don’t follow that law here.

Nothing is locked up, and I’ve never had to show ID to buy it.

that doesn’t have the same restrictions. It uses phenylephrine and it is not as effective. Are you sure you are not buying that one?

Not at home right now, but I’ll look at the box when I get back again.

Hmmm, maybe that’s why it never seems to work anymore!

I also have allergies. If that is the case, you will definitely tell the difference when you get the right one.

The right takes a hard, simplistic position on their issues and repeats it over and over without equivocation until people accept it as fact. The left can see everything as nuanced and debatable until they have lost all ground. Then change is not "practical."

Follow the threads, you will see it in here...

Ban assault weapons period!

To buy Sudafed in most states, you only need a state-issued ID to buy from a regulated seller (i.e., pharmacist).

To buy handguns and rifles (even semi-automatic rifles) you need state ID and have a national-level background check completed to buy from a regulated seller (i.e., FFL gun dealer).

In some states, you can buy either from your intra-state neighbors without the IDs and background checks because they are not regulated sellers.

And also that his wife and all the people in his life who knew his past turned a blind eye to his ongoing felonious possession of a firearm.

Even in dollar stores before the crack down. And ephedra as a Chinese herb used for millenia was easily available in health food and vitamin stores.

Oh well, you can still get pseudophed by signing something. But not too much.

And for extra energy, I'll drink a Monster a couple times a week.

Sudafed, go to pharm window, show ID, computer check done, get med, leave window. Less than 3 minutes normally.

Buy a rifle, go to FFL, fill out multi-page form, sign/date form, phone call made, go back 24 hours later, sign/date form again, NOW can leave with rifle. Handgun is 3 days.
