They would say that there is no right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness specifically enumerated in the constitution. But, the "right" to own guns is specifically called for in the second amendment. They get very legalistic and specific when they're cornered.

Of course, The principles listed in the founding document of this country don't matter to them. Just some tacked on and poorly worded ambiguous statement in the constitution. That's all that matters to them.
