http://www.cnn.com/2017/11/07/politics/election-2017-latest/?lf-content=224762552:lb-post-bb23d56725990926fd2219ff3966a35e@livefyre.com&hubRefSrc=permalinkRalph Northam won in Virginia thanks in large part to women. He leads women by a broad 19 percentage points in Virginia, according to early exit polls.
What it means: That's essentially the same as Hillary Clinton's lead of 17 points among women when she won the state by 6 percentage points last November. It's up from Sen. Mark Warner's lead of 12 points in 2014 and Gov. Terry McAuliffe's lead of 9 points in 2013. Northam's margins are higher than Clinton's among subsets of women, like white college-educated women -- where he doubled her lead, 6 points vs. 12 points.

I heard all of the stories about more women getting involved.
Always a good thing.
Now, if we can get more of those Repub women out from under their menfolks' thumbs, we could sweep '18.

I saw that number tonight. Normally women drop to 51% in midterms and off year elections. It can be all the difference, from the 53.5% in presidential years. We need single women to remain motivated and show up.

tax reform.
Sticking your neck out for Trump will be repayed with an active, interested electorate.

Many young women. Very enthusiastic. The Dem voters were focused and wanted guidance on the ballots. Get out there and volunteer! It is such a worthwhile experience !
