Some pundit on MSNBC just said that Donald Trump beat the odds to get elected. In actuality,

James Comey beat the odds. Or more accurately, Comey rigged the race. Trump got his ass kicked from one end of the country to the other.

But, of course, the media acts like it was the primaries that were fixed.

This is how democracies give way to dictatorships. And what is so scary is that a strong argument can be made that the rest of the Republican Party is worse than Trump, in their own way. Comey, Chaffetz, Ryan and the rest of the them have utter contempt for democracy.
