At the women's march

At the women's march I sensed an energy.
Something difficult to imagine if you weren't in it.
Last night wasn't a fluke I don't think.
This has been simmering, angry, yet focused.
The changes last night in conservative areas was profound.
The soon Alabama Senate election is close. Dead heat in the polls. This is unheard of in this state. Doable.

The times they are a changing as Bob once sang.

I was here...in San Diego. 40,000. Record march in the city's history. Energizing. Hopeful.

The Year Women Found Their Rage....good read as well as 38 photos of the Womens March this past January...Global resistance - thought most appropriate considering the win by so many WOMEN last night...
