you can allege anything....The case with Weinstein is so overpowering by the sheer numbers of victims and their status they hold, no trial is needed.
Remember the infamous college rape story that Rolling Stone published and had to retract?
now if another dozen women step forward and lay similar complaint against Moore, kinda changes the scenario
