First, tax cuts actually increase revenue. These idiots actually think that a 10% cut (e.g., from 40% to 36%) would lead to more than 10% growth in the economy. Keeping in mind that anything over 5%, maybe even 4% growth, is a pipe dream. 10% is effectively impossible.

Second, deficits don't matter. Darth Cheney said so himself.
