The lawyers who trotted out to Defend Moore had one issue.. The fucking handwriting on the yearbook, they claimed wasn't Moore's .. Highly Questionable...One lawyer on the panel stated in some states hand writing is not admissible...Not sure if I got that right... But the female attorney just nailed it... The whole event with Moore and his attorneys was just a piece of foul fish thrown out to put a tad of doubt on the evidence.. Why? To give his loyal supporters who might be losing hope..a little bit of strength to keep them hanging on..... till the ELECTION... Such bullshit... Such desperation!

(16,104 posts)Where are you getting DB?
busterbrown
(8,515 posts)They claimed he always capitalized his D.B....Some sort of legal thing..
They have one of his signature showing how he capitalized it.
SORRY.. It was the other way around.. Lawyers claimed he never Capitalized D>B>

(82,849 posts)The slant on the capital R is nearly identical. The bubble on the capital R is the same oblong loop jutting out over the rest of the first name. The humps on the capital M both have the shorter hump on the left.
Considering the 22 year gap between the yearbook signature and the court order signature, these distinctive similarities would be enough to convince me that the same man wrote both of them.

(8,515 posts)that it was the small letters d.b. after his sig.
Lawyers claimed these letters signifying some legal thing were always capitalized D.B.. I think.
